Veterinarian
Dr. Robert Kaylor is a native of Union County. A Piedmont High School graduate, he played soccer for North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount while studying Pre-medicine.
During his undergrad years he enjoyed being involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and also met and married his wonderful wife Allison. He then went on to study Veterinary Medicine at NC State where he served as a delegate to the national Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Kaylor joined Indian Trail Animal Hospital in June of 2005. He is passionate about preventative care and loves to spend time educating people about how to help their pets live long, happy and healthy lives. Dr. Kaylor loves taking care of things, and when he is not hard at work taking care of pets in the office, he is busy at home with his 6 children, one dog, three cats and many goats and chickens. He also spends much of his time coaching soccer during the weeknights and weekends.
