If you would like to send us some photos of your pet, please complete the form below and upload your favorite photo of your pet and we will add it to our photo gallery. If you would like for us to update the photo in our medical record (also the one that shows up on Pet ID’s), please e-mail it directly to [email protected] with a note including your name and your pet’s name.
With this submission, I give Indian Trail Animal Hospital permission to use photographs or videos that I upload for their website, networking sites, social media, advanced learning, etc.
